I think that is the title, Jerusalem. Looks like the Western Wall ( Wailing Wall).

I think it is Hebrew using the English alphabet. Not sure how it translates exactly...."Israeli officer?" That is, if it is not simply the person's surname? Then they could just be signing their work and that is the title of the painting, as suggested above.

I lived in Israel for some time and I can attest to the Wailing Wall and Jerusalem, itself, as being a very powerful, spiritual place.

Most likely a students work as you can see the out line was drawn with pencil (quickly sketched) then went over with watercolor. Amateur look to it as well.

As I mentioned, the word Katzat/Kazat is very likely a surname....HOWEVER, the word, KATZAT has a couple of meanings. When used in a sentence, such as Ma Ot Rotza Katzat La A Sote? It means, What would you like to do? The word Katzin means Officer.....as is usual now, I am continually being challenged about my knowledge base. What I CAN SAY....is that I LIVED in Israel for almost one year, and feel confident that I can make a comment to ASSIST a person in their quest for information.

No one was questioning the name Kazat, which had already been identified by Aqui. That is what steve asked for, and that is what he got from Aqui. I don't know why you want to take credit for something she did.

I identified the title Jerusalem, which he didn't ask for, but got anyway.;)

I will now leave this thread. Enjoy.

    No you didn't.
    Where did you say that?

Aqui said it - Post 2

You show up in post 6 and do not mention Kazat.

Your first paragraph really doesn't say anything. You think it is Hebrew, that is if it isn't the person's name, otherwise they could just be signing their work if it is not the title.

Cluttered - you can't have a debate if both sides don't play by the rules ... and it sounds like the dolphin doesn't even want to read the rule book.

Hi, Aqui...sorry for my comments being misconstrued again. To clarify for you and Steve, since you thought you had identified the name Kazat and said it was the first name but you couldn't read the last name...I thought perhaps it was all the title of the painting and tried to figure out how it would translate...but then it seemed more likely that Kazat was the Surname/LAST NAME and that the title would then be Jerusalem, as offered as a suggestion by AnyJewelry. So, I said all of my thoughts in one paragraph (which obviously led to the backlash). I hope this helps MY comments make more sense.
I apologize to you, Steve for any confusion I may have caused.

    This stops now.

You have both been told to put each other on ignore.

    Its petty public sniping.

If it does not stop then you will be banned.

    End of.
