    Looks like cloisonne enamel to me. I am sure the jewels will be of more help though. Nice colors.

    Chinese cloisonné. Very popular in the -- if I remember correctly -- 1970s.

    Impossible to tell age,they have been made for many years and are still being made by the thousands.Google them and view images,you might see some close to yours.
