Some type of glass with flower, what is it?

    These were popular in the 1970s. And I believe revived in the late 1990s.
    Meant to hang in a window. Although the sun fades the straw flowers. Looks like yours didn't see much sun light.

    Yes! My Aunt was into making them around the 70's I used to have all kinds hanging in my windows that hung from a clear suction cup with a hook on it.
