Featured sparkle stone in modernist pendant

hi folks

something i found today in a charity shop, no marks on the pendant, but a tiny 925 on the necklace clasp thingy, pretty sure the pendant is silver as well

anyone have an idea what the very sparkly blue cab is ?

got a feeling its not a proper stone, or maybe a dyed something

has a very rough texture

any thoughts or info appreciated

 

Druzy crystals of something. Titanium, perhaps.

the green ones and also one of the pale blues I've touched, cut flat and has the same sparkling

Towards the lower right corner....flat, 1 pale green & one blueish...I brightened and sharpened a bit....also click to enlarge!! It ALL looks nice!!!!​
