Speaking of silver marks, who did these?

I purchased a silverplate candle wick trimmer scissors on a tray and I can't figure out the mark or even tell what it is. The 1st and 3rd marks look the same. Do they say Gil bert? The center mark is either a horse head or an arrow shaped object. It was difficult to see even with my loop because of the reflection from the other surface. Does anyone know whose mark this is? TY!

    Cheryl,

Thank you! I must have been blind when I looked on 925 because I clearly didn't come across this.
