Featured Staffordshire Greyhound

    Just wondered if anyone can help to date this cute greyhound please.
    Google suggests Staffordshire but I’m in the dark as to the age.
    This one is a keeper!

    Might search with Whippet instead of grayhound .

    I think i have seen sheep or deer with that same painted design on the ground.

    This one is a mid 20th century reproduction, the form and painting are not correct for a Victorian example.

    I’d agree on repro but it might be thirties. The base is off, too. It’s nicks t done.
