Stamp/Mark on antique cup. Maker? (Adorable scene on cup.)

I realize this is all chipped on the rim, but I think it is kind of a rare scene. When I google "antique cup black boy" or "antique cup African American boy" I get nothing. Haven't spent a huge amount of time looking, was just checking for similar and couldn't find anything. So thinking might be somewhat of an unusual piece that would still have interest even with the damage.

Pretty sure the maker of this is secondary (but maybe would aid in searching similar.)

Does anyone recognize this maker's stamp? Feels like it could be German, but that is just a guess. Thanks.

It's a bit like an artist's siggy, isn't it.:playful: Agree though, it looks like it could be German.
