Statue purchased in Africa--Any information appreciated!

    Hello. I purchased this metal statue of a woman & baby in Ethiopia a number of years ago. I bought it from what was advertised as an antique dealer, and was told it was an antique from Ethiopia. However, I have no idea if that information is accurate! It is approx. 5 1/2 inches tall, 1 1/2 inches wide, 1 3/4 inches deep. A magnet does not stick to it. It feels quite heavy. I have included photos of the front, side, back and bottom. I would appreciate any information!! Thank you!
