Stereoview - What's that Case?

Got a stereoview that shows an outdoor scene with people gathered around a man with a wood case. A boy is holding a tambourine. The back title looks like it says Music Hath Charms. The case looks to be resting on a pole/brace.

Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

Nice image of a part of social life that is no more.

    1860 to 1890 are Tooker's dates.
