Anyone know who made this? I can't find anything.

And purely out of curiosity, does the guy on this mark remind you of a certain public figure? I think of this person every time! Not suggesting he had anything to do with making this, just to confirm.

    I was thinking Ronnie Wood.
Or maybe a mix of the two:

International's indian head went through several mutations, so this might be one of them. But I wouldn't give up looking just yet.

I resorted to combing through International's patterns to see if I could find a match to the distinctive elements of the handle end and shaft connection to the blade and I think that their 1810 pattern (that's the name not the date) is an excellent match to your knife. Had to find it on Replacements because many of the pattern match resources don't include pictures of the whole piece. The 1810 pattern was issued in 1930, so the mark wouldn't be "early" per se, but that's the best I can do.

Excellent answer...but not who I was thinking

Another good one...but not who I was thinking

So maybe I'm the only one who sees this particular person. Have to go find a picture of him now...back soon to reveal.

Hello Bakers...you've helped me with so much silver over the years so I hesitate to even question this...but I'm still unsure. I don't see Indian in this :nailbiting: Maybe just me? Maybe I'm just wrong? Maybe better picture would help?

Look at my later post with links to marks of Wilcox and Evertsen. The mark on the left in that link is lying down and is very close to the mark on your knives if you look at it sideways.

Nah, I'm sticking with Ronnie Wood.
But I can imagine people in the US would see that guy, he is everywhere. (And I will also refrain from further opinion.)
