Sterling ladies flask

    Picked this up today at goodwill for 60 bucks. I have seen some similar ones online and they all state they are Gorham but I can't make out all of the marks and hope someone can. Would love to know date, maker etc.

    Yes, Gorham. That first (of the three) marks is their lion passant, facing right.

    The date mark is the closed scissors on the left (looks like a narrow A over 2 circles.) For 1907.

    Wow, thanks for the quick reply's and great info. Did I do alright for 60 (I know next to 0 about flasks)

    I really don't know about value, since I don't sell. At the least you could weigh it and calculate the melt value, I suppose.

    Did you get it on half price day or is that price tag from somewhere else?

    No I offered 60 but they were asking 200 so I figured that the silver ( probably around 5 oz ) was worth what I offered and they took it after some bickering back and forth. I also am a sucker for old glass and silver and it looked cool.
