I bought these in as is condition.
Out of 4 pencils, 1 is a triple plate and 1 is a rolled silver (don’t know what that means). The rolled silver is a Yard O Led. The triple plate is a Maibe Todd Fyne Poynt.

These two I need help with. Have attached pictures.

Both of the marks you showed are sterling, first assayed in London, second in Birmingham.

Rolled silver is probably the same idea as rolled gold, i.e. gold-filled. A thin layer of silver attached to a base metal and rolled out thin. Odds are about 5% of the pen case is silver.

Wow thanks Bakersgma. This is super helpful.

Now I need to figure out how to get these pencils in working order.
They are nearly impossible to dismantle. I am too afraid to try and do this without experience hands who have done this before. Do not want to unnecessarily dent the silver.

Make sure that you can get the graphite for them, first, otherwise you may be wasting your time. I'm fairly sure these will be OK, but antique silver pencils used sizes of graphite which are no longer manufactured.
