Sterling & Rose quartz pendant. Cracked scrap?

    It is unmarked but 925 on the bale and the pendant tested as sterling. Is this N. A.? The bad part is the stone is cracked. I got it for cheap so maybe just scrap the silver?

    Polish and clean it up. It isn't unusual to have marks on the bale. Point out the crack. It will still sell. IMHO.

    What she said. Is it a crack you can feel, or does it just look like a crack? Quartz sometimes has lines in it that aren't actually damage.

    I wish that was the case. I can feel it. left side to the center. and inside also.

    No, it isn't. Probably made in India, maybe Indonesia.
    I really like rosequartz, but I sometimes think I'm the only one. Meaning, it doesn't seem to sell very well.:(

    It's actually a pretty piece. I'm not sure the silver scrap value would be that high, maybe a couple dollars.

    I think I'd try to sell it with the damage first, just see what happens and go from there.
