Sterling Silver Bowls?

    Was looking at these at a current auction. As you can see the bottoms have a Sterling mark but it looks almost like they were glued on as an after thought. Anyone ever seen this before? - Sorry these are the best pics I have. Thanks.

    Glued on? All I can see is the reflection of your phone with the Birks mark, sterling and the number 208.

    On a clear plastic label?
