Featured Sterling Silver Hair Comb Giving me FITS!

I'v been using this comb for the past few months. My hair is a mess! (See below!). My wife, whom is considerably more intelligent than I will ever be, tells me this isn't a comb but a victorian serving utensil. Whatcha think and who made it?

 

It's a Cheese Pick or a Cheese Pick Knife according to Sterling Flatware Fashions,

 

Here is their description:

(6 1/2″ to 7 1/2″) Serving piece.
Similar in form and size to a master butter knife, but with the addition of tines on one side. A piece of cheese is sliced from a larger block with the cutting edge, the tined side then being used to transfer the cheese to the plate.

 

So it's really not for hair? *giggle*

Gently with the strokes-skull fractures are quite serious.Seriously that is a macabre but beautiful instrument.
