Can't locate the hallmark in Barton Wright or various internet sites. Any idea who made this awesome set of watch tips?

Yes, they are beautiful, whether NA or non-NA.
Can't find the mark either. It is either a maker's mark or a shop mark.

Could someone please enlighten me? What on earth are "watch tips." Googling brings up yards of Amazon references.

They are called watch tips because the ends are decorated and are made to fit a watch.
In this case you attach a watch to the two parts where the big turquoises are, the plain silver part of one half slides into the silver box closure on the other half, and you have a beautiful watch band.

Thanks, AJ. I knew you would know. But just so I have this straight - the OP's watch tips act as the band itself; the one you posted fit over the existing band?

(You can see that anything mechanical tends to paralyze my little gray cells...)

The ones I posted act as the band too, except for the first photo, where you have to attach half bands to the smaller ends. A bit like a watch diy-kit.

The one in the second photo fits on a watch just like a new leather watch band, you take those awkward spring bars top and bottom of the watch face out, and push them through the tubes in the centre of the photo. Hey presto, watch with beautiful silver and turquoise band.:)

The last two photos are of the watch and set put together, ready made. Watches with beautiful silver and turquoise bands, ready for wear.
