Can anyone tell me about this adorable little pin?
It measures 3 1/2" long. I am not sure if it is porcelain, but it is ceramic of some type.
I couldn't make out the writing on the back. A signature?
    Thank you
    Mikey

The blue blobs may be meant for wings & the figure a cherub.

    Exactly what I thought Bronwen.
PS-If that faded scrip is a logo & can be ID'ed you'd be more than halfway there.

Maybe made by a manufacturer who also made piano babies and half dolls?

It doesn't show in the pictures but the blue is on top of her head also. I thought it was a bonnet?

She looks like something a crafter did in the 1970s or 1980s.

she reminds me of those little dutch girl/boy figures made of painted bisque. Lots of the little girls had blue bonnets.
