    Art theft is art theft.
    This example is a tiny drop comparing to long history.
    All the imperial(colonial) states have done it .
    Nazis have done it.
    More recently US forces in Iraq have done it extensively without serious inquiry.
    Famous art is easy to hunt down. It only takes good will.

    I have to add that authorities in Ukraine deserve praise for doing their job effectively in a war torn and divided country.
