Hello Board Friends - I'm really lost on this one. I think it's stone as it weighs over four pounds. It stands about 10" tall and the design is lightly etched. I'm assuming it's Japanese from the depictions of the cranes. I'm also running on the assumption it was brought back as a souvenir from Japan or elsewhere in Asia. I have tried to search but am rather at a loss for terms. I've included a shot of the interior that shows grinding marks. If anyone can guide me on what this is I would be most appreciative. Thanks in advance.
    Don
