Looks close to a Kay model K7900 (1960's)- without the pick guard - might be a slightly different model. Looks a bit in rough shape -and pics are fairly low res to really tell if there are any issues with it.

Unfortunately, it has not been taken care of. Bent tuners, very dirty, missing string pegs, etc. It's tough to say without holding it and inspecting to tell how far gone it is, in terms of its play-ability.

It's not a guitar that is considered collectible.

Looks as if someone glued that K on a cheapest Spanish one made for tourists that used it two weeks on Ibiza in the 60s and forgot to throw it away at the end of their hippie holidays.

Kronos and Aaron nailed it; and as Sabre and Anti indicate, Kay is not a collectible brand; and I might add, their instruments do not have a reputation for sounding very good; they were intended as low-priced or entry-level instruments.
I do have a friend who loves his old Kay mandolin; but most of my other friends think he is crazy - it sounds like a cardboard box.

Definitely a low end beginners first 12 string guitar.
