    They look like the ones I still use. Stork embroidery scissors were common, and are still made.

    @Debora
    I don't think this is the company that made the scissors since they make only engine parts.

    AI answer on google:
    SECO is a German company, specifically from Solingen, that is known for producing high-quality embroidery scissors, and other types of scissors.

    SECO is known for its expertise in crafting high-quality scissors, including embroidery scissors.

    I can't seem to find a specific reference to SECO. Most of the scissor manufacturers are represented by a marketing company who sells their scissors worldwide. A new pair of stork embroidery scissors costs $51 on their web site.

    I also have a pair of stork scissors in my hand sewing/embroidery kit. I got curious...why storks? This blog says it's because originally they were midwife clamps and storks bring babies. Then they evolved to scissors. The blog has a lot of lovely antique ones and also links to a Collectors Weekly post saying Germany started producing them after 1900. I found another, different pair of scissors marked Seco but also specifying Solingen, which is a blade making town in Germany that's made blades for hundreds of years. A good pedigree for little scissors to have. :D
