Strange basket is it Asian or something else ?

    Hi Everyone ! I wasn't sure where to put this thread but hopefully the basket folks will find it. I picked up a few vintage baskets the other day and this one has me baffled. I'm thinking it's maybe Asian but I really have no idea. Any guesses as to where and when this basket was made ?
