Street scene painting on canvas

This signature is hard to read. The 004 at end of it not sure what it means.
Can anyone give me info on what they might think about this painting ?

2004....maybe a latin quarter influence...

 

I like this. Turn off your flash and take a pic of the signature then. You just cant see the signature very clearly.

I tried, still no clear pic. I got a new camera but still shitty on macro pics.

 

Maybe if you take a bigger picture and crop it.
Looks like southern Europe to me. Italy, Croatia, thereabouts.

I'm seeing New Orleans French Quarter.

 

Doesn't look like it to me. The buildings are totally different.
