Featured Studio Cased-Glass Bottle Signed & Copyrighted; 1979?

It is ~5 3/16" high an' weighs 303 grams. Pic 3 shows the clear case shoulders, but inherent lensing carries the dark color of the interior portion out into them. That inner part appears black, or nearly so; the neck is ~ 3/4" OD, ~3/8" ID an' now I see that the throat has been slightly ground as if to accept a stopper. which sadly is no longer extant. I think the upper word may end in 'design', but that's a reach; C in circle may say 1985, but again, it's iffy; 3/79 may be date made...or ?
Very difficult to photograph well enough in what light I can manage here...sorry. What can any of y'all tell me about what you see here? Thanks for lookin'!
