Studio pottery oil bottle & maker??

    This has been sat on a shelf defying attempts to identify use and maker. Hope someone here can do better. 6.2 inches tall, straight neck, handle, 3 curious protusions to neck, geometric incised pattern to sides. Base marked with what looks like CHS and a metronome like incised drawing with a wheel to one corner!
