T SUTHERLAND

Hello everyone,
About 25 years ago I was given 3x prints by T Sutherland.
They are titled as:
The Motee Girna
Palace of the King of Delhi
And
The Taj Mahal, Tomb of the Emperor Shah Jehan and his Queen

A couple of them have water marks, but one is in perfect condition.

Would you be able to tell me anything about these?

Thomas Sutherland (b. 1785) was a noted 'Aquatinter'. We would need to see the 'prints' preferably outside the frame and not under glass to determine if they are an aquatint or just a 'copy'.

Of course, just TRY to avoid 'reflections' in your photos....and I know, that can be hard!!!

 

Please upload some photos - any photographs you can take will be a good start.
