Tea Cup? Mark translation help

    I am lost on the mark on this cup or small bowl, it measures 2-1/4"H by about 3-1/2"W Any help in translating the mark and whether its a tea cup or a rice bowl will be greatly appreciated. cup1.jpg cup2.jpg cup3.jpg cup4.jpg

    The top dark blue character is Kin and the bottom Sei (made) . Size points to a drinking cup. Sake perhaps.
