Yes, it is TeKa, Theodor Klotz, 835 silver and MoP. And it is lovely.
I think these date from the 60s-70s.
TeKa (TayKah) is the German way of pronouncing TK.
No problem, they made different leaves, all in the same style.:)

    Yey! Thank you, AJ! :)
That was roughly the dating I saw, Thank you for confirmation.

I think it was unidentified, Compared to the ones labeled, it was much less in cost. :)

Will give updated photos when I receive it.

I did not buy the brooch, that was for a comparaison to try to determine the maker.
I think the brooch is really nice, too.

Glad to hear it's not just me who sometimes jumps headlong in to find what you thought something was to find it isn't!...not sure that made sense but you get the jist!. Glad your leap was worthwhile and correct with this necklace. I don't spend too much so I can regard my poor judgement leaps as a learning experience!.

I use the same theory, if it’s a reasonable price, it’s usually worth the chance.
I feel I’ve learned so much from the Forum!
I noticed a lot of others seemed to be making a lot more educated purchases.

We all started out that way.:) I for one still take risks sometimes when the photos in a listing are really bad, but I think it could be something. I will buy even cheaper than usual in such a case.

That could be a whole new thread of entertainment!.Mentioning no names someone on here posted a photo of their thigh with a cat bite by accident :hilarious:.
I normally find it's not worth asking for more photos as they will be just as bad. There's also the chance they will notice the fineness mark just when you are poised for a killing :mask:
I've just this morning bought a little bird brooch for a couple of £ with shocking photos as a leap of faith. The only thing I'm reasonably sure about is that it's a bird!.
Looking at this necklace @i need help your purchase looks pretty educated to me. At least, unlike me, you knew who Theodor Klotz is.........
My specialty is teaching people how to make horses go in the right direction!.

Yes, I don’t usually ask for more photos for the same reason, not to call notice to my suspicions. :shifty:
