    Colima dog, made in Texcoco, Mexico...

    That's interesting. I always thought it was spelled Tezcoco. I now see it is spelled both ways.

    Sweet puppy. After the Colima style pre-Columbian dogs, and made in Texcoco.

    I’m not familiar with the maker marks, but it looks like AP or AR or reverse of each.

    Thanks everyone for the welcome and the reply's it is really appreciated. One thing i forgot to mention is his left ear has a hole in it is this possibly a water vessel?

    More likely it's a vent hole.
