That big abstract I took out of frame

I finally took the abstract out of the frame, what a chore . Lot's of glue and tape but I finally got it out. The paper has wording on 2 corners but I cannot make it out, I am sure it's the paper companies name, the smaller wording below it almost looks like it says France . The signature is so hard to read, glare in pencil with camera.
Hope someone knows the artist .

All that I am pretty positive are beginning letters of "Str....." image below that maybe others can pick more out of...good luck Billy!!

 

Thanks Aquitaine. I see the Str now. I just wish this artist would have signed his/her name legible . This is why I have so many art pieces, because I cannot make out the signatures. I sure hope someone knows the artist soon. Thanks again for your help
