Featured THE CHILD SIZE VIOLIN TRIGGERED THIS THREAD.....IMAGES OF WHAT TO DO WITH A VIOLIN OR PARTS OF ONE!!

Hi All!!! I've had these images which I just love, sitting on my computer for ages, just because 1. I love them and 2. I have a couple of the backs of old broken violins and thought someday I might paint something on them!!!! WELLLLLLL, so far, someday hasn't come, but here's what triggered this thread!!!! I love them all!! Might take two posts......

 

Just three more.....Fun, Huh???? Maybe @kyratango might get some more ideas!!!!!

I've never seen anything like this - they are fantastic! I'm sending the images to my brother in law who is a violin maker.

 

Cool idea. (and somebody is way better at painting than I'll ever be.)

 

That last one in the first batch(head carving) likely started off that way. Carving heads of men, women and more commonly lions into the scrolls of the violin family of instruments is a thing.

And the miniature shop is my favorite as well!

The miniature shop is the cutest thing in the world of violins, but the surreal one (#1) and the traditional ones are my favourites.

 

The ballerina is my fav.

 

Those are just my FAVES!!! There are still many out there, I think a lot on 'PINTEREST', but I got most of them while I was once upon a time still signed up there, not anymore, but you also don't have to be!!!! LORDY, whoever inherits my computer is going to have a BOATLOAD of images to sort out!!
