'The Hunt' Pitcher, F makers mark

    This a little bit of a cruder version of The Hunt scenes.
    It makes me wonder if it's not some 1970s paint your own pottery type deal..

    Anyone recognize the makers mark?
    I can't find it anywhere

    It looks ok to me, it seems to have legit wear and overall seems aged. Below is a similar one.

    I've stared at the base and I'm not sure I see an "F". Part of it looks like just the glaze to me and if it is a letter it could even be an "L". Anyway, I don't know if Fenton in Vermont ever used an F mark but you might look around at their Rockingham/Bennington and see what you think.
