    hello antiquers
I asign the book name based on its shape (The octagonal book), so please excuse the name. :)
The text is written on parchment, though I’m not sure what type of leather it is. The colorful letters are fascinating, and the language seems unusual—could it be Chinese?
Someone once mentioned that this book might contain a hidden treasure. What do you think about dicovere it together?:pompous: Just kidding!
Perhaps figuring out the language it’s written in would be more valuable than any hidden treasure. If you have experience in this field, I’d greatly appreciate your insights and knowledge.

In the first post about one of these books, Ex Libris posted a link to the most probable explanation for these things - they are fantasy fakes/assemblages, and the language is also made up. From the Interpol notice in the link - "the text is in gibberish, written in a mix of ancient Hebrew, Greek and Latin letters with no actual meaning. In the paper and parchment books the texts are written only with Hebrew letters - usually modern letters, with some actual words but with no logical sentences and or syntax. Most of the books are heavily decorated, many times with gold-like Jewish motifs to increase their attraction."

Christian cross on the front, menorah and stars on the back, and fantasy piece in the middle. If you have a DnD wizard or druid on the gift list it would be a great present.
