My latest addiction is to Tip shops aka dump shops aka Reuse Shops. In other words, the local recylcing centres have shops, wherein many fine things can be found. One, last week, had a late Georgian rosewood chest of drawers in astonishing condition. A whole twenty quid, but I had no room for it. Arg.

I did pick up this though. Artisan I presume. Might be low grade silver. The nice tip shop woman had it priced at five quid, but because I'd bought a bunch of other stuff knocked it down to three.

Arts and crafts era? It seems to be riveted or pinned together. Pretty sweet.
