Theodore Haviland - 1903 or 1925 mark?

I bought this small porcelain bowl (3 3/4 inches wide and 1 1/2 inches tall) shaped like a basket. The red mark on the unglazed bottom says "Theodore Haviland Limoges France" and has " 3 1/2" stamped into the surface. Apparently, there are two marks like this one in 1903 and one in 1925. The tiny flowers and gold trim seem to be hand painted, so I think it is real. What date do you think is the right one. Actually my book shows those dates as a range. It could have been produced anytime between 1903 and 1925.

Well Duh! This is why I need you so much. Of course, they didn't make it with that signature for only a year. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
