This Cherub looks v. similar to Meissen Porcelain?

    Hi
    This lovely little cherub looks very similar to Meissen Porcelain, however, the colouring doesn't look as vivid, and under scrutiny looks patchy in places, the base also looks unusual in comparison to what I can find on Google.
    I'm also a little perplexed at the image on the little tablet at the base... is it a bird in flight with a fish? Haha

    I'd love a little help on this, any comments would be greatly appreciated :)
