Featured This hallmark is killing me!

Discussion in 'Jewelry' started by Shelley Lawson, Feb 10, 2020.

  1. Can any of the masters on here help me out with this hallmark that is driving me nuts? This monster is 26 inches long and another 3+ including the naja. It weighs over 300 grams.

I would greatly...and I mean GREATLY, appreciate any help.

    Thanks!

    Welcome, Shelley, and gorgeous necklace.
Could you post the photo of the back full image, so we can read what it says? Would love to see the other ones full image too.

  6. I'm electronically challenged...one more.

To me it looks like Wilson Bahe (or Baker) 235 and a W...but who is that? I believe at one time F Bahe studied with Wilson Jim...could it be a combination of the two?

    (fingers crossed this works!)

Looks like Wilson Bahe, there are a number of silversmiths with that last name.

    it's not a hallmark....but a makers mark...signature actually..

Navajo silversmiths often come from a family of silversmiths, the Bahe family is one of them. Maybe @reader knows Wilson Bahe.
    Absolutely.
    That's what I was thinking.
