    I did some research and it seems to be a sought after work. how would I know if original. Thanks

    I think members will want to see a photo of the back at least.And maybe a clear closeup of the signature.

    Let's see the back first.;) But even if they are repro, 10 euro for a set of two is a bargain.:happy: What does the other one look like, is it also by Carazo?

    I prefer the other one, but this one certainly has appeal. She seems more of a socialite than the first one.
    As someone who used to dance Flamenco and Sevillanas, I can tell you those shoes are more suited to sitting while playing the guitar she is leaning on, than to dancing.:playful:

    Not sure where these fit in the canon of "great art," but I like them, especially the first one. Lots of personality.

    Are you sure those are by the same Carazo? There's a José and a Ramón. I can't see the signature on the second.

    I wouldn't see why it wouldn't be genuine. He used the same model before and the frame and ring on back are period.

    So in your opinion the first one looks a genuine… Agree the second one there is no signature

    Yes. From what I can see. How did you get it? Is there a reason why you'd think it not genuine?

    I would think the second one is by Ramón Carazo, a different artist.
