This times tested silver but age ?

another one tested to be silver but without any marks on it . So old and worn away or ?

So would like when could be made and whatever you think about this one ?

 

It could have tiny Dutch marks or a simple German 800 or 835, also pretty small. The 800 mark can be more like 8oo and look part of the decoration.
Check the back of the stem for tiny marks. A Dutch sword mark can be punched anywhere, so go over it with a loupe.

This type of silverware with scenes from "Dutch Old Masters" was popular ca 1900-1940.
