The image is "La Cage" by Francoise Boucher.

I don't know if the blue smudges on the base are the remains of part of the mark or not. Chris has a crown mark as belonging on some Louis xvi pieces.

Used between 1890 and 1920, simple crown over '1755'. Only found on 'LOUIS XVI' and 'LYONAIS' items.

Used between 1890 and 1920, here with the 'DECOR LXVI' (Louis XVI) addition.

Example of a similar piece from Worthpoint.

I'd guess that OP's item is imitative of the Poppelsdorf/Royal Bonn stuff. The mark under the printed "Louis XVI" may be imitative of the Royal Vienna bildenshield.

thank you for all the interesting info that was driving me crazy.

Do you see that inscribed part that looks like a beehive? or an "OD" what do you make of that? does it have any significance?

MoS: beat me to it. I was thinking the same thing. Its there to make the vase look more authentic. thats so common

That is quite an impressive transfer print for a vase. Very neatly done, except maybe along the foot of the base, you can see the transfer run a little off course. Looks sharp. Desirable item.
