Thoughts in painting

I purchased this painting for $8.00. walked past it a couple of times thought it was a little intense. Couldn't resist it in end. Is painted by Peter a panow who is a listed artist and died in 72. Is out of frame so someone may have liked frame not painting. Size is 430mm x 300mm Question is is it worth getting it framed and slightly repaired. I plan on keeping it but in the end when I think about selling it would be better if I do something with it now. Cheers chris

That's what my daughters said you have to look at it for 2 minutes and then it will be as if image is talking to you

Find out what his paintings sell for and then you'll know if it's worth restoring. The only price I could find without a membership was $999 in Austraila.
