    Hi all have an opportunity to purchase this item. Buyer wants aud90 it' 500mm high x 300mm wide and possibly from late 1800s early 1900s.     It seems to be a dollhouse piece or maybe a jewelry box? I'd probably end up with it too.

    Hi all picked it up today and must say one of the nicest things I've seen. Needs a little work but like to condition adds to the history. Still has original key hinges and handles are divine. Lock works after a little oil. Even the small catch at bottom of non locking door works fine. Small brass or bronze covers on exposed ends. 2 questions are we looking at late 1800searly 1900s and also wiped down but would like to give it a good clean any suggestions internet tells me a number of things.
