This is another painting I found today at a local thrift store. I honestly don't know if it's good or not - but I have a customer who buys almost all my nude paintings so I got it.
Also has anyone heard of an artist who signs hre works with just Sandra?
    Thank you!

The anatomy looks very odd. Her right leg appears to be much longer then her left - with her knee up there, there is no way her thigh can make it to her hip.

Looking at this and the ‘gay art’ ,I really think that you go to a very interesting thrift store.

I think it's based on Picasso's 'Blue Nude'.

    Picasso did it better.

Yes, he did. That beautiful ovoid. Don't think Sandra even saw it.

I think the name might be Sondra. I found several artists who signed either just Sandra or just Sondra. None of the signatures I found had that angular S. I think the lady is resting her head on something else not the right leg.

Think you're right re name. She uses a capital A so S-o-n-d-r-a. Same pose as Picasso but, because he's able to create the bend of her spine, the pose is natural not strained.
