Thoughts on painting of Clamming in the Surf w/Horse Drawn cart + Help with Signature?

    I found this today at a local thrift store. I liked it as soon as I saw it - it has a wonderful aura of peace & calm. I'm hoping it's not going to turn out to be a factory painting!

    Also, can anyone help me with the signature?

    To put it bluntly, everything I've seen on the internet from the Royal Gallery appears to be commercially produced. Stapled canvas, stock number, measurements, and the dreaded certificate of authenticity.

    It must be factory painting - same painting but horse is facing opposite direction (dang!)
