Featured Thoughts on Pallette Style Painting Found Today?

I found this painting today (along with a Morris Katz painting!) and thought it was beautiful, but was curious if you guys agreed?
Also I think the signature is H. Joseph, but I couldn't find them (although I found another many H. Joseph Sharp) - any idea who the artist is?

Probably the framer.

 

It is the framer - and appears to be older than I thought since phone number doesn't have a area code?
PS - Also a photo of what wakes me up better than a cup of Cuban coffee(!) - it's pulling into thrift store parking lot & seeing a line of donation thrift store trucks doing a conga line while waiting to unload!
PSS - Here in Miami you see a lot of unique crafts that Cubans build to try to cross the ocean to come to America (Miami) - this old Cuban man shows similar ingenuity in his transportation; he took a old kids bmx bike & hooked an electric motor to it + he powers it with a portable electric drill motor that is easy & inexpensive to charge!
AND - he also built an addition to the bike's frame to have a place to carry his groceries (which he had when I met him in front of the supermarket next to the thrift store) or to carry his tools or whatever else he needs.
AND(!) he even built a contraption so he could move the bicycle's seat post & seat further back; making it more comfortable for him to ride than with the original seating position which was made for children!








PLUGGING IN HIS BATTERY WITH A SIMPLE ELCTICAL PLUG!



AN INGENIOUS DESIGN TO MAKE HIS LIFE EASIER, MADE WITH WHAT HE HAD AROUND (INCLUDING THE SEAT POSITION CHANGE WHICH I THOUGHT WAS ICING ON TOP OF THE CAKE!)

I'd never heard of "pickup please dot org" for vets!
I googled but there isn't one for my area.

They are here in N. Fl as well. They used to say Vietnam Veterans on the ones here,until they were made to remove that as apparently they werent paying to use the name from the real Vietnam Vet organization.What thrift is that ??? Ive never seen that many trucks at one before !

 

Not here in CT either. There's a Red, White and Blue a long ways a way but I can't get there. I think that's Disabled Veterans or AMVETS.
