Thoughts on this arrowhead. Amethyst?

    I've had this for a while and just found it again going through some drawers.
    It is 1 1/2" long x 3/4" wide. It has a kind of purple cast to it.

    Looks nice; it may or may not be Native-made, of course; there are a great many flint-knapping hobbyists who enjoy making such items, or do it as a business.
