thoughtson japanese painting

Hi all anyone give an age at all on this painting. japanese I believe and has been painted on a fabric of some sort. I know I'm asking impossible but you never know would you class is a watercolour chris

 

from here i can't tell what it's painted on.....or what paint was used...
but....i can say....it's lovely....and as nice as any i've seen here....

 

Thanks k had to check actually looks like felt white on back looks like it may have a bit of age or was in the sun for a while as the section not exposed is quite darker than middle section
