Thrift Find - Roger Bezombs Print? Painting? + 1986 Southern Bell/Calle Ocho Poster

My Friday finds at the thrift store!

1st) Is this a print or a painting by Roger Bezombes? It doesn't have any edition number, but the signature is written a 2nd time in pencil in lower right corner which makes me think print? And there is a title/name(?) written in pencil under left corner?

2nd) I found this 1986 Southern Bell / Calle Ocho (Miami's 8th Street - "Little Havana" section of the city) poster that I think was introducing Southern Bell to Miami's Cuban population? (my first wife was Cuban & came here at the age of 3 - she spoke perfect English; but her parents never left the Calle Ocho area & didn't speak English even after 16 years here - and there are many more just like them there!), but a google image search didn't bring up anything. Has anyone seen this before?

Yes the Roger Bezombes is a print. But we're going to need a closer look at the handwritten title to tell you what it says.

The South Bell poster is for the "True Yellow Pages." In some areas of the country non-Bell companies put out "yellow pages" that were not authentic.

 

First one looks like a lithograph possibly. I can barely make out the writing on the bottom left, looks like the 2nd word might be "artist".

 

Artist proof = épreuve des artistes in French.
