Ties, Misc Fabric Pieces ?

    Hi;

    I have a few unidentified fabric pieces I need help with:

    The Silk Polka Dot has a button hole, no button
    Colorful Striped Scarf?
    Maroon Tie?
    The Black Velvet splits at the end
    The Wide Knickers Silk piece I thought was a cumberbund but no attachment
    Maroon Floral?
    3 Piece: one looks like a collar? the other 2?

    The Nickers one looks like a cravat.

    Aside from the cravat, I see what appear to be women's neck wraps from the 1970s.
