Time to ask the experts. Glass bowl open handles. Is this Heisey Octagon??

This is driving me crazy. I believe this unmarked bowl is Heisey Moongleam in the Octagon pattern - perhaps Ribbed Octagon because of its optic sides. At first I thought it was the bonbon, Heisey Glass Green Moongleam #1229 OCTAGON Open Handle Bonbon Bon Bon Dish moongleam 1a.JPG Heisey Glass Green Moongleam #1229 OCTAGON Open Handle Bonbon Bon Bon Dish moongleam 2a.JPG Heisey Glass Green Moongleam #1229 OCTAGON Open Handle Bonbon Bon Bon Dish moongleam 2a.JPG Heisey Glass Green Moongleam #1229 OCTAGON Open Handle Bonbon Bon Bon Dish moongleam 1a.JPG Heisey Glass Green Moongleam #1229 OCTAGON Open Handle Bonbon Bon Bon Dish moongleam 2a.JPG but the shape and size do not fit. It is more like a serving bowl. Cannot find one like it in any color to compare. Maybe the reason I cannot find any is that I am on the wrong track. It measures 9"long by 7-3/4" wide. It stands 3-1/4" tall to the top of the handles. Any help is much appreciated. KA

Is the bottom ground and polished?

LE Smith had a handle similar in shape, but I didn't find a panel pattern to match.
Fostoria Fairfax is similar, but not quite a match.

In their book on Paden City Glass, Jerry and Carrie Domitz have a short article about the confusion between Imperial's Molly pattern and Paden City's #701 line. Your bowl may be the Paden City #701. Looks like the illustrations in their book. I find it too confusing. they look so much alike.

    Hi,
Looks like Paden City to me also. Just does not have the "finess" of Molly. I have not had my coffee yet. I speak of t later.

I can assure you it's not Heisey's product. But that's an easy error to make. Their pattern is not too far off.

Looks like it might glow. I'd blacklight it just in case it's uranium glass. If it is that can be used as a selling point.
